How do you get your Abyss points?

So i have been thinking of the "fastest" way of getting AP.
I personally think by grinding in the abyss its the easiest/steadiest way to recieve AP.
Imo by killing in PvP it doesnt go super fast or something, and mobs in abyss are a steady 14 AP per kill.
so 10 kills = 140 AP which goes at a pretty fast rate.
PvP atm so far i have seen, 1 kill gives around 100~ AP. Ofc it all depends on the situation etc. I personally just think grinding is faster, and eventually the way to gain those smexeh gears.

I've gotten a lot of my AP from killing Asmos.... solo kills net 100-600 AP.... from what I've seen, tho that all depends on what rank a person you took out. Tho I don't gain my AP in the Abyss unless I'm with a group, I stay in Eltnen and Heiron if I'm alone.... less chance of getting group ganked lol

Well if you look at the ranked 1 and 2 guilds (avalon and vagabonds, respectively), they both take fortresses. I have a feeling you get a sizable bonus from capturing one.
