I got hacked

so yeah basically that. i got hacked, my bro and i fired off the emails and such but we're not sure whats going to happen
i don't hate you all, even though i'm not in the legion anymore and those bastards took you off my friends list.

Well i wouldn't worry to much though, no doubt NCsoft will come up with a solution to this problem and retrieve your account. (At least i assume so..).
Let us know how the progress will be, and deamn does that suck.

Edit:
As far as i know, NCsoft can see exactly what you lost and how you lost it if they track it.
Basicly they should be able to restore your entire equipment and other things you lost.
Also if you want, we as a legion can send several emails as well to ncsoft about this matter.

the thing that really bothers me is all my friends they deleted, stuff you can get back, i can be reinvited into the legion. but i have no idea how i'm going to get all my friends back.

I think if they do a restore/rollback, it should be fixed.

However, im still wondering how it happend sortof.
Like; how do you know all your friends got deleted from your list?

Lucky to know but, they changed the Delete timer from 7 mins to 7 days.
So you have 7 days before an action like that gets trough.
Few, love the new patch heh :) (Btw, this only applies to accounts above lvl 20).

She came booting into my room at midnight last night yelling im getting hacked tyler IM GETTING HACKED RIGHT NOW!

so we went and sent all the necessary emails, they replied this morning saying that they are working on it, so hopefully they have a solution by the end of the day, right now we are just hoping that she still has her character, and they didn't like move it to another server lol

so in the mean time she'll leveling up my cleric XD

One thing i wanted to say though that i found really Strange;
When i tried to message Anahera ingame,
i got a auto reply from system telling me;
U cannot whisper people below level 10 (something similiar).
But now im wondering if its the fact that i was to low in level, or that it was really something strange going on..

You can wisper people who are below level 10.... You can not wisper people when you yourself are below level 10. So it must have been your character that was too low.

Damn Ana that sucks!!! I hope everything gets fixed swiftly and NCsoft can get you all your gear and kinah back. I have yet to be on but anyone know if they are botting or spamming with her toon? I say we go after them like flies on shit if they are.
Anyways once again I hope all can be fixed and make sure to get your computer cleaned up and that crap out of there so it won't happen again.

on a side note, it turns out my hacker was the laziest son of a bitch out there. and might have been on crack. first off they only deleted some of my friends didn't even finish that. and second they only looted Ana, my alts are peachy not that I'm complaining lol. and for some reason they took my event earrings out of my bank and put them on her. random i know lol.
