Some say it is, others say it isnt. Its probably wandering around somewhere on located on the map. But u need to kill a chest or something first?

it appears from a chest right outside the instance. the room furthest left spawns a chest sometimes that he will come out of. Lots of groups have trouble killing him because in the time it takes to kill him, sometimes regular mobs in in room respawn and aggro.
I am totally down. Its fun to look for if you are waiting for a full fire temple group.
