I have an idea of how to get more ppl in here!

just give a few active people TEMPORARY Centurion positions, and these selected people will be centurions, but will not actually contain any power in the guild, just able to invite people

I don't know, how many people have you grouped with that isn't already in a guild?
How many of those have you grouped with often enough to get a good feel for them?

Oh well, as long as the invites don't alienate any current members I suppose it's alright.

I second that...we have a very strong core here, an I have found that with some of the new members (who still have yet to sign up with the forums) aren't known to everyone, and thus we all can't feel each other out (no pun intended). I think in order for us to grow, we need, indeed, more peeps, but more quality peeps, more peeps like us.

The idea sounds cool, but what happens when the Centurion rank gets pulled? Feelins get hurt. I will try to brainstorm something with the rest of the council. Not just Zan, but the rest of the Seraphs as well. All the voices count.

Agreed Aoshi. Even though these guys are all really nice (and yes i know they are), we already got a decent core running things and we have enough Centurions for now.
of course they could always grow to a "higher" rank within Equinox, but not in a few weeks. Most of our core know each other for 2-3 years and thats alot more then 1-2 months.
I Guess we will keep track of every member, and as long as everything goes well (which does atm) it is certainly an option we will keep in mind.

Perhaps an idea is to get "squad leaders" or something in the future. One who runs the Gladiator tree, one for the Templar tree etc.
For now lets keep things unchanged, even though if their really active. Its nice to see someone stepping up though to inform us with this kind of information!
