I was wandering through AionSource forums, my friend and I looking for a guild, and found your legion's introduction very pleasant and interesting.

I have a few questions though.
Are you recruiting for Aion release date on September, or already for the beta?
For the release, will you choose an EU server (we're both from France)?

Thanks for your answers mate, please keep me informed about what kind of server you'll choose. The thing is, as european players, I don't know if we will have access to the NA servers. I hope we'll be able to join eventually ;)

You're all playing on a NA server for the CBT?

Well I'm also not fond of the games which separate the regions. It would be nice to have "world wide" servers like in Final Fantasy XI or at least like in Lineage 2, but I'm afraid NA and EU will be separated since it's already the case during the CBTs.
I'll check your forums and I'll try to find this out myself too. Your clan seems to be a really good one from what I read on AionSource forums, would be sad not to be able to apply because of a region issue =)

Thank you Bremusa, I saw that one as well. Sadly, it just solidifies our problem. Sure, the IP blocks are gone, but one still has to purchase a serial for the region they want to play in? Why unblock the IP's then? It doesn't make sense. I am crossing my fingers that this will change...

I am one of the players in NA beta, I can be contacted under the ingame name: Aoshii. Thanks for your interest, and we are hoping to have some final answer soon.

I contacted NCSoft support center and they unfortunately gave me the same answer : to play on the NA servers, you have to buy an american version of the game and vice versa. I also hope it will change before the release, that's sad!

I'll apply to your legion in case if you end up choosing an EU server, since I purchased the EU game.

There is no way for a person who bought NA Aion to switch over to EU Aion or vice versa. Therefore Equinox has been forced to make a decision and the decision was to be a NA guild.
